During random selection draw sales periods, ticket applicants were invited to apply for tickets that have been allocated amongst the ticket applicants pursuant to a random selection draw process conducted by FIFA Ticketing. A ticket applicant may have been successful, partially successful or unsuccessful in being allocated the tickets for which they applied. All successful, partially and unsuccessful ticket applicants have been notified by email of the outcome of their applications. If their ticket application has been successful or partially successful, ticket applicants have received an email with further information on the payment process, including the steps to follow and the deadline by which to pay for their tickets. However, please note that it is responsibility of the ticket applicants to check the details and status of the ticket application they submitted during the random selection draw sales period by accessing their FIFA ticketing account.
