Except during pre-planned maintenance windows, if you have purchased tickets during any of the sales period of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ you may update your passport/ID or QID number through your FIFA Ticketing account by following the steps listed below.
To update the Passport number/ID or QID of the main ticket applicant:
- Access FIFA.com/tickets
- Select FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™
- Click on “My ticket application”
- Select the respective link to the ticketing portal and log in to your FIFA ticketing account
- Click on “Profile” on the side menu
- Select “Passport number/ID or QID” and update the number
- Scroll down and click on “SAVE” on the bottom page
Please note that as of 17 October 2022 it is no longer possible to update the passport number/ID or QID of guests.
Please make sure that your Passport/ID or Qatar ID number (and that of your guests) is correctly stated in your ticketing account. This information will facilitate the submission of your application for a digital Hayya Card.
