8.
What is the meaning of the colours and explanations indicating the level of demand or availability on FIFA.com/tickets?
.8

The colours (green, red, orange) and corresponding explanations given at FIFA.com/tickets indicate the probability of a successful ticket application at the time of the application. The indications displayed depend on the sales periods, as described below.
During the random selection draw sales periods in Sales Phases (1) and (2), the colours and the explanations indicated the level of demand for tickets based on the number of applications received per match and category and had the following meanings:
ColourExplanationMeaning
GreenLow demandAt the time of accessing FIFA.com/tickets, the respective ticket product is not oversubscribed and therefore, at that point in time, the success of the application appears likely, although circumstances may change based on the total number of applications received prior to the closing of the random selection draw period, and in any event, results will be dependent on any random selection draws.
OrangeMedium demandAt the time of accessing FIFA.com/tickets, the respective ticket product is not heavily oversubscribed and therefore, at that point in time, the success of the application appears uncertain. There are many more ticket applicants seeking tickets than there are tickets currently available for the general public.  Circumstances may still change based on the total number of applications received prior to the closing of the random selection draw period. Results will be dependent on the random selection draws.
RedHigh demandAt the time of accessing FIFA.com/tickets, the respective ticket product is already heavily oversubscribed and therefore, at that point in time, the success of the application appears very unlikely.  There are vastly more ticket applicants seeking tickets than there are tickets currently available for the general public.  Results will be dependent on the random selection draws.

During the first come first served periods in Sales Phases (1) and (2) and the Last Minute Sales Phase, the colours and the explanations indicate the availability of tickets for a match and category and have the following meanings:
ColourExplanationMeaning
GreenReasonable availabilityAt the time of accessing FIFA.com/tickets, the respective ticket product is still available and therefore, at that point in time, a successful application appears likely.
OrangeLow availabilityAt the time of accessing FIFA.com/tickets, a small quantity of the respective ticket product is still available and therefore, at that point in time, your application may still be successful.
RedCurrently unavailableAt the time of accessing FIFA.com/tickets, the respective ticket product is not available and therefore, at that point in time, it will not be possible to submit an application.

Please note that these colours and explanations are merely indications of the probability of a successful application, and that they are designed to inform customers about the current status of sales/demand. The colours and explanations are BY NO MEANS A GUARANTEE that a chosen ticket product will or will not be available at the time of the application, or that an application will be successful. In any case, a successful application requires full payment, and due to many factors, such as the possibility of simultaneously submitted ticket applications by other customers or simultaneously released tickets, the availability and demand will only reflect the time of your access and may change at any point of time thereafter.

9.
