Souvenir tickets

A souvenir ticket is a physical and personalised match ticket that FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ mobile ticket holders can purchase for the match(es) they have attended.  

Towards mid-January 2023, FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ mobile ticket holders will be able to purchase souvenir ticket(s) for the match(es) they have attended. To do so, the main ticket applicant needs to access FIFA.com/tickets and log in to their FIFA Ticketing account to purchase souvenir tickets for themselves and their guest(s).

Please note that the official FIFA ticketing portal FIFA.com/tickets is the only souvenir tickets sales channel.  

Only FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ mobile ticket holders will be able to purchase souvenir tickets related to the tickets they owned for the tournament, both for themselves and their guest(s) through their FIFA ticketing account on FIFA.com/tickets. Guests are not entitled to purchase souvenir tickets directly.

On a souvenir ticket, personal data, including ticket holder names, will not be able to be changed.  

The price per souvenir ticket is fixed to ten (10) QAR and all tickets contained within a single application number will be printed. The total price is calculated as ten (10) QAR multiplied by the number of the tickets with the same application number. For example, if an original ticket purchaser purchased six tickets within a given ticket application (one for themselves and five for their guests), all six tickets will be printed. In this case, the cost would be sixty (60) QAR.  

Souvenir tickets will be delivered by regular post, to the address registered in your FIFA ticketing account, starting from the end of February 2023 or beginning of March 2023. The delivery is planned to take around a month, meaning that you should receive your souvenir ticket(s) by the end of March 2023 or beginning of April 2023. Shipping costs are included in the price of the souvenir tickets.

If, in the meantime, you have changed your address, please update it in the profile section of your Ticketing Account no later than mid February 2023; however if your country of residence changed, please contact the Customer Care team via the contact form (subject “Other).

All FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ mobile ticket holders had the opportunity to purchase their FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ Souvenir Tickets from 17 January 2023 to 7 February 2023 at 17:00 CET / 19:00 Doha time throughout our dedicated ticketing portals accessible via FIFA.com/tickets. Please note that no further orders were accepted after the closure of sales on 7 February 2023 at 17:00 CET / 19:00 Doha time.
 

Europe: 14 days.
North America / Oceania: 18 days.
Rest of Americas / Asia / Africa: 24 days.
 

After the receipt of our shipment communication and depending on your country of residence, you need to allow the following approximate arrival times for your souvenir tickets:
Europe: 14 days.
North America / Oceania: 18 days.
Rest of Americas / Asia / Africa: 24 days.

Please note that there may be delays in the delivery to certain countries (mainly Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia).

Your Souvenir Tickets will be personalized with the personal data of the Ticket Holder and the same information included in the Mobile Tickets previously purchased.
