Why should I check my ticketing account on FIFA.com/tickets regularly?

Your FIFA ticketing account includes important information related to your ticket application(s). For example, you can change some of your personal data, check if your ticket application has been successful or modify/cancel your ticket application up until such dates established for the respective random selection draw sales period of Sales Phases (1) and (2).

How can I change the email address of my FIFA Ticketing account?

It is not possible to update the email address of your FIFA ticketing account after it has been created. If you need to update your email address, please contact the FIFA Ticketing Centre as soon as possible via the contact form.

I have forgotten the password of my FIFA ticketing account. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password or need to amend it, please follow the steps below:  
o    Click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address 
o    Click on the “Send verification code” button, and a verification code will be sent to the email address you entered 
o    Please enter the verification code in the box and click on “Verify code” 
o    Once your email address has been verified, select “Continue” 
o    Enter a new password and then click on “Continue”   
After following the steps above, your password will be updated. 
If you do not receive an email with the verification code, please check your spam/junk folder and the settings for your email account. Please always remember any changes you make to your account.

How can I edit some of the personal information in my FIFA ticketing account?

To edit some of your personal details in your FIFA ticketing account during a random selection draw sales period, you had to login into your ticketing account. Upon entering the ticketing platform, you were able to edit your personal details by clicking on the “Edit my personal details” button. 

Please note that changes were not saved until you clicked on “Submit my ticket application” at the bottom of the page.
During a first come first served sales period and the last-minute sales phase, please log in into your ticketing account. Upon entering the ticketing platform, to access your account settings please click on “Profile” on the side menu. Then you can edit some of your personal details.
